Update .0003, 6/25/2018

An entire host of updates today, so let's get started.

Added in additional Martial, Trick, and Prayer abilities.

Added in The Spire dungeon, a tower in which the enemies get steadily stronger, but there is loot scattered EVERYWHERE (mostly healing items, magic weapons and armor to be added later)

Roulette has been fixed.

NPC changes, most of them

Bats have had their HP and stats slightly increased, to increase longevity.

A real stray cat problem has cropped up in the starter city...
