Update .0009 8/6/2018

Inn, Training Arena, and Guild Branch added to Capitol

If you're a regular viewer, you'll notice that recent updates have been pretty tepid. Unfortunately, that trend is going to continue due to some RL things happening, not the least of which is my last semester of college (and more than a little too much World of Warcraft lately). There will still be weekly updates, but they will likely be as anemic as these last couple of updates unless I get a serious inspiration to do a huge update.
